Hungry!? Try this

Hi, we are four friends in college. Trying out new things in life and one of them is cooking. We tried out three recipes for fun and that turned out good so here we are sharing this blog with you.

The first recipe we started with was

Masala Paneer

  • Fresh cream
  • Tomatoes (3)
  • Ginger garlic paste (2 tablespoons)
  • Red chili powder (1 teaspoon)

  • Cinnamon(2 to 3 small pieces)
  • Cloves (2)
  • Star anise (1)
  • Cooking oil (2 tablespoon)
  • Onion(1)
  • Water (1/2 cup)
  • Salt (according to taste)

Recipe:
Take a frying pan, heat some oil for few minutes, proceed to add paneer to pan and cook until slightly brown

Take out the paneer and in the same pan add oil, add the chopped vegetables (1 tomato and 1 onion), salt and ginger garlic paste, stir it for awhile. Next, make puree of two tomatoes and mix it with the chopped vegetables, add the mentioned spices then add some water, close the lid and let it cook for two to three minutes.

Finally, add the paneer and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.

Recipe 2: Fruit Custard

Ingredients:
  • Strawberry custard powder (2 tablespoon)
  • Grapes
  • Banana (4)
  • Milk (1 cup)
  • Sugar (2-3 tablespoons)
Recipe:
To a cup boiling milk add Strawberry custard powder (2 tablespoon), sugar (2-3 tablespoons) and stir it until it's thick with no clumps then let it cool to the room temperature, add fruits and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour.

Recipe 3: 𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮

Ingredients:
  • Dry Yeast (1 tablespoon)
  • Water
  • Flour (all purpose 3 cups)
  • Salt
  • Sugar (1 tablespoon)
  • Cheese (mozzarella)
  • Cherry tomatoes, paneer
  • Homemade sauce (ketchup, Mustard seeds, oil, curry leaves, chili powder)
  • Virgin Olive oil

Recipe:

Into a bowl add 2 tsp of yeast, 1 TB sugar, 1 1/3 cup warm water and let it rest until it gets frothy. Then add 3 cups of all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 TB olive oil. Mix with hands until it forms a shaggy dough. Kneed for 10 minutes on a lightly floured counter top.
Rise for 80 minutes in a lightly oiled bowl in a warm place in your kitchen until it has roughly doubled in size.  Divide into two equal size balls, then shape to your desired pizza crust .
Preheat  pizza stone at 250° for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown.
After the pizza base is ready then add homemade sauce, tomatoes and cheese and put it back into the oven for 10 minutes at the same temperature.

Now you are ready to enjoy your pizza with oregano and some chilly flakes.
